Sneak preview
Ok, here’s a bit of a new drawing. There’s watercolor, pencil, and sewing thread in here:
It’s one of the new girls turning into a tree. Below her (you can’t see this in the image above) are hunchback girls who have found a disembodied head on the ground… yeah.
Anyway. This is what I spent the day doing.

Have you ever been to Rome to see Bernini’s Apollo and Daphne at the Borghese Gardens? If not, you should. It satisfied me in a way that nothing else has…It also made me loose interest in making art.

No. I have, in fact (very sadly) not been to anywhere to see anything, ever. It’s something I bitch about constantly. But dammit – this summer. I will go see things in other parts of the world. I will add this to my list.

aw, thanks man! it’s a good idea for when jeff finishes school. i think we’ll both be looking to skip the country for a while then.
